Huge quantities of this meteorite have been recovered since it's discovery in 1836 by explorers in Namibia Africa. Some of this meteorite was used by warriors for spear points since it is both highly malleable and easy worked and was the only sourse of metal known to them. It displays a beautiful widmanstatten pattern when etched.
